HealIn Networks Inc. provides life and relationship coaching services, digital courses, a podcast, and related educational content. The services are designed to support personal growth, awareness, and relationship skills for high-achieving individuals.

Karen Millon is a Certified Professional Coach, not a licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical care, or a replacement for any licensed professional treatment.

Results from coaching are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your individual effort, circumstances, and commitment. Any testimonials or case studies reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of similar results for you.
5. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without prior written permission.

Coaching sessions are conducted with the expectation of confidentiality within the scope of the coaching relationship. However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, including where there is a risk of harm to you or others, or as otherwise required by applicable mandatory reporting obligations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HealIn Networks Inc. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute relating in any way to Karen Millon or HealIn Networks Inc. shall be resolved in accordance with these Terms and the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
