Why You’ve Given Up on Love, and Why You Still Deserve It

Your past may explain what you believe about love. It does not have to define what you experience next.
What if the reason you’ve given up on love… isn’t because you don’t want it?
What if a part of you simply stopped believing you deserve it?
Why you may have stopped believing
Maybe you’ve been hurt.
Maybe you learned early on that love had to be earned.
Maybe past relationships left you believing you were too much, too complicated, or simply too difficult to love.
Or maybe you decided it was safer to focus on work.
I understand.
Your past does not define what comes next
But your past may explain what you believe about love. It does not have to define what you experience next.
You are worthy
You are worthy of a relationship where you feel:
- Loved.
- Prioritized.
- Safe.
- Desired.
- Heard.
- Connected.
- And fully yourself.
A better question
So instead of asking:
“Will I ever find that kind of love?”
Try asking:
“Who do I need to become to recognize, welcome, and nurture that kind of love?”
Amazing love isn’t reserved for other people.
It’s available to you, too.
No shame. No blame. With curiosity, awareness, skills and practice.
