Reconnect & Reignite
Reconnect & Reignite is one of Karen Millon's three coaching pathways — for those who are in a relationship and want to rebuild connection, closeness and intimacy.
Feel closer. Feel appreciated. Feel desired. Enjoy each other again.

Where You May Be Today
You love your partner but have become disconnected.
Perhaps conflict has become a pattern. You feel criticized, unprioritized, unheard or unimportant. You may be living more like roommates than lovers. Maybe intimacy has disappeared, or you've begun spending more time at work because home no longer feels like the place you want to be.
There is no shame in being here.
You may be happily married but want more connection and intimacy. You may be struggling in your marriage and wondering whether it can be saved.
How We Work Together
Together, we explore what is really happening beneath the conflict, understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and develop the awareness and relationship skills needed to create emotional safety, connection and intimacy again.
What is really happening beneath the conflict
The patterns that keep you stuck
The awareness and relationship skills for emotional safety, connection and intimacy
The goal isn't simply to stop fighting.
It is to rebuild a relationship you both want to come home to.
No shame. No blame. With curiosity, awareness, skills and practice.
You Were Taught How to Succeed. You Were Never Taught How to Relate.
The skills that helped you succeed professionally may not be the skills that create intimacy at home.
Intimate relationships require a different set of skills.
This is not your fault.
No one gave us an MBA or a PhD in marriage.
And you don't have to become a different person.
You may simply need to learn how to use the strengths you already have differently—in an intimate and connected relationship.
Client A — From Disconnected to Connected
Client A is a highly successful leader who came to me because his marriage was falling apart.
He and his wife were sleeping separately. They were constantly frustrated with each other and rarely felt heard or understood. There had been virtually no intimacy for nine months.
He had tried everything he could think of — gifts, vacations, date nights and couples therapy — but nothing seemed to change the underlying disconnect.
He didn't want to lose his marriage. He wanted to feel close to his wife again.
Over three months of coaching, Client A gained clarity about what was really happening in his relationship and what he needed to change.
The result?
The constant conflict diminished dramatically. Conversations became easier. His wife began to feel heard, and Client A began to feel valued, desired and prioritized.
And the intimacy they had been missing returned.
